For one of our clients, an international company offering innovative solutions in the field of cashless payments, we are looking for candidates for the position of Customer Care Specialist with German, who will join the Shared Services Centre in Warsaw.
The person on this position will be responsible for telephone and email customer supportconsidering financial and payment issues, product information and basic technical problems. The main tasks of the employee include: the daily processing of notifications in accordance with quality requirements and procedures, managing the entire system and customer base, actively supporting the process of introducing new products and services.
The candidate for this position should have a very good command of the German and English language.We are looking for people characterised by high communication and interpersonal skills, focused on maintaining positive relationships with customers.
