Provide support for Customers on the Hotline,
Resolve customer's complaints,
Ensure and provide quality service to external customers,
Coordinating field services visit with customers
Taking care to maintain high quality of service
Requirements:
Excellent French (spoken and written) on native speaker level
Good English or Polish
High communication skills
Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
IT background will be an asset
