Responsibilities:
- answer inbound customer calls from Canada and U.S.
- provide support to the customer within requested area
- advise customers on appropriate actions on the phone
- cooperate with upper levels of technical support and field service engineers
- check quality of service tickets in customer service applications
- excellent communication skills in english (C1 / C2)
- willingness to work in the shifts system 6am - 2pm ; 2pm - 22pm
- knowledge of MS Office package
- excellent communication skills
