Customer Care Specialist with Dutch / Danish

Currently we are supporting the growth of our client’s Customer Care Department within the Business Process Outsourcing sector. We are looking for Specialists with a fluent command of Dutch / Danish language and very good English to join fast developing international company in the business heart of Warsaw

The firm is open for responsible candidates who would like to develop knowledge and skills in challenging environment within international organization.

On this position you will play a key role in providing high-quality service and assistance related to advanced Customer Service processes. 

Main accountabilities include the following tasks:

  • Receives inquiries from the client and coordinates their flow, so that the client gets the information they need;
  • Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
  • Documents and processes complaining, recommending solutions to improve the quality of services;
  • Applying to internal and external regulations, taking care of data quality and documentation.
  • Requirements:

    • Fluent command of Dutch/Danish language (B2+/C1) and very good command of English language (B2);
    • Professional background within Customer Service / IT Help Desk / Order Management / Logistic;
    • Knowledge of SAP system is a plus;
    • Strong attention to detail;
    • Excellent communication skills;
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
