Your new company
International IT company, specializing in SaaS software for B2B clients in Transportation and Logistics industry. Due to company growth a permanent Customer Care Specialist with Spanish and Italian is needed in Warsaw office.
Your new role
You will be responsible for customer care activities for Spanish and Italian speaking B2B clients. Your daily duties will be focused on helping software users make the best out of the software provided. You will: answer user’s questions and requests by phone and mail, guide them on system’s functionalities and resolve sove minor technical problems. Apart from this, you will take part in client’s mediations and help in improving communication between different clients in an international environment. You will have a chance to learn more about the transportation industry and European regulations in this sector.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have previous experience on client-facing positions and speak fluent Spanish and fluent Italian. You are open to learn, team-oriented and enjoy helping others. You enjoy working in an international team and you are not afraid of challenges and new problems to resolve. Technical skills are not required for this position.
What you’ll get in return
You will be offered a permanent job contract and base 5000 – 6000 PLN gross + 25% bonus salary / month (base salary depends on the level of experience). The office is located in central Warsaw close to metro station. The team is small and the atmosphere is great. You will be also offered additional bonuses such as family medical insurance and sport card.
