Customer Advisor with English
Miejsce pracy: GdańskYour will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining relationship with Clients
- Making professional outgoing and follow-up phone calls to prospective Clients
- Assisting new Clients in the registration process
- Checking customers" documentation
- Updating clients' records in a database
- Achieving personal sales goals and KPIs
What you need to have:
- Fluency in English - verbal and communication skills are required
- BA"s or MA's degree (or during studying)
- Capability to maintain customer relationship preferred
- Customer-oriented, energetic, persistence
- Willingness to talk frequently on the phone
- Experience in sales or customer service in international organization will be an advantage
