In the role of Cultivation Specialist / Teelt Specialist, within this organization you will focus on the one location on a wide range of departments. Furthermore, focus on team performance and strategic alignment on location.
Being the part of multiple team members while being the coordinator of the cultivation/teelt strategy, presents much responsibility, owner ship and at the same time plenty of opportunities for your personal/career development.

RESPONSIBILITIES
In your role as Cultivation Specialist / Teelt Specialist you will need to showcase experience and knowledge in the following areas:
• Project management skills, Greenhouse operational management
• Communication with field experts and breeders
• Focus on the development of results and formulate key areas to enhance performance
• Close collaboration with colleagues and business partners alike
REQUIREMENTS
To successfully fill this role as a Cultivation Specialist / Teelt Specialist, you should have the skills, attitude and behavior that follow:
• Bachelor in the area of plant science or relevant working experience
• Between 6-10 years of experience in the crops sciences
• Key is: Strong alignment and enthusing abilities
• Fluent in English and Dutch is a must
• Proven communication skills
• Hands-on mentality to anticipate to daily operations
