For our Client, international company located in Katowice supporting logistics processes, we are currently looking for Candidates with very good command of English to work as a CS Processes Specialist in order to cash department.
Person on this position will be responsible among others for caring for the correctness and timeliness of the process, removing inefficiencies in the processes, ensuring that orders are accurate and can be processed to the next level of the OTC process, solving pricing differences identified on orders, eliminating price discrepancies on order level to reduce pricing claims and reducing claims resolution time.
To be successful on this position you have to have a very good command of English (nothing less than B2) and be experienced in customer service.Other requirements include analytical mind, ability to work under pressure and good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package. SAP software knowledge will be an asset.
