Interesting job opportunity for Candidates fluent in English and German For our Client international company located in Katowice supported logistics processes we are currently looking for Candidates with fluent English to work in Order to Cash team as Customer Service Process Specialist.
Main responsibilities on this position include the operational tasks of orders processing in the system, accurately and efficiently to achieve the fixed service level target Deliver different order to cash processes KPI’s. Being in touch with local Customer Service organisations, warehousing, distribution and transportation. Ensuring efficient customer service processes.
To be successful on this position you need to have fluent English (speaking and writing). Others requirements include: good computer skills (MS Office, focus on Excel), very good communication skills and analytical thinking. Experience in working with various IT applications (especially SAP) is an advantage.
