ROLE DESCRIPTION
Their company is searching for a new team member as crops protection specialist. As crops protection specialist you will perform research within a broad product range. This will be done in a lab with advanced tools and techniques enabling you to do your work best. You will assess market needs and anticipate with newly developed product by the team and you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Test and produce protective crops products.
• Solve challenges in regards to crop protection
• Enhance biological crops protection fertilizers and pesticides
• Communication between farmers and lab to implement and develop on provided feedback and data
REQUIREMENTS
• PhD in biotechnology related areas
• Between 3-5 years of work experience as researcher
• Fluent in writing and oral English
• Strong data and analyzing skills
• Communicative skills
• Open and interactive personality
