Crew Coordinator
As Crew Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring that the units are manned with competent offshore personnel at all times; preparing and maintaining the shift planning for the rig and ensure this is correctly reflected in the HR system at all times. Further, the Crew Coordinator will be first point of contact for all employment related matters for offshore employees.
Your day-to-day duties will include planning, maintaining and updating shift plan, managing urgent covers, ad-hoc travel bookings, provide ad-support to employees queries.
To be successful in the role you need to have previous experience in similar position(HR,Coordination) , speak well English.
