A Swiss based luxury, jewellery, consumer brand, which is establishing its Global Business Service Center in Tricity, is currently looking for Credit Management Specialist.
Your new role
The person on the position of Credit Management Specialist will investigate and analyze credit applications and follow-up on outstanding debits in order to protect the company against credit risk. Moreover, the scope of responsibilities includes improving company cash flow liquidity and profit, managing bad debt accounts by analyzing delinquent account balances (Triggering the legal action), working with collection agencies, as well as internal and external lawyers. Another part of the job is credit reporting to management.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role preferably with credit management or credit analyst background. Fluent in English speaking and writing is a must, German is a strong advantage. Moreover, the ideal Candidate should have knowledge of legal proceedings, for example on European order for payment procedure. Our Client requires high self-confidence for dealing with difficult customers and business, as well as customer service orientation and negotiating skills. What is more, solution delivery orientation is also welcomed.
