HRO Personnel is a Human Resources service provider operating under number 6696. We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Clients behalf for a person in the following role:
Credit Controller
Scope of responsibilities at the position:
• Credits limits handling-checking in advance “free space” in customer balance, contact with sales dep. to ask about planning big delivery or specials deals . React immediately to increase CL
• Releasing orders-checking orders module as often as possible, be prepared in advance (gather information about payment of overdue, possibility of getting increase of CL)
• Overdue controlling-contact with customer (by phone) when invoice becomes overdue or at due date (additionally sending remainders or visiting customers)
• Cooperation with insurance company-gathering and sharing every necessary information
• A/R balance confirmation two times a year confirmation balance letters
• Set-off making
• Responsible for their own accounts
Profile of candidate:
• Education: BS degree in Finance is an advantage
• Professional experience: Prior experience in A/R collection is an advantage
• Computer user skills: Proficient with MS office especially Excel
• English knowledge: Intermediate
• Driving license: Yes
