For one of our Clients, a growing Shared Services Center based in Łódź, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of CREDIT & COLLECTIONS TEAM LEADER.
CREDIT & COLLECTIONS TEAM LEADER will be responsible for managing and developing a team of specialists, leading improvement projects in order to standardize and automate the credit management process, reviewing and monitoring new and existing clients for credit risk purposes, and setting up appropriate credit limits, implementing customer payment plans, recommending write-offs and legal actions, applying internal control rules and policies to OtC process, revising credit insurance rules, limits and processes, and building strong working relationship with other departments within the company.
We are looking for Candidates with 3+ years of previous relevant experiencein credit management or collections area, with ability to read and interpret financial statementsand to validate customer credit risk and creditworthiness, who are fluent in English(any additional European language will be a plus) and have good working knowledge of MS Excel and SAP system. Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills and good understanding of the full order to cash process are also essential on this position.
