Job description
In the role of Credit and Collections Analyst you will be responsible for issuing payment requests when invoices for the Client become overdue.
Key responsibilities
- Daily contact with the Client and Vendors via phone and email
- Manage portfolio of customers and collecting accounts receivable balances
- Regular status update of credit and collections activities
- Answer queries on invoices and payments in a professional and timely manner
- Handle day-to-day activities and cooperate closely with other team members
Ideal candidate profile
- Excellent knowledge of English (C1) is a must
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with internal customers and the Client in a professional manner
- Customer oriented
- Ability to multitask and work towards meeting deadlines
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel)
- Full time availability
