Job Description
The Andea team is looking for a graphic designer with marketing and UI skills. This individual will primarily support the Marketing and Development teams by creating solutions that help communicate ideas via print, web, and UI. Often working on new projects, this individual will be closely collaborating with others to gather information on projects, yet also given the freedom to independently problem solve, create concept options, and develop deliverables.
Main Job Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing team by creating materials that promote Andea’s products and services (web content, photography, brochures, flyers, banners, rollups, light web-development, etc.)
- Support the Development team by creating UI design solutions via mockups and graphic materials such as icons, color-palettes and copy
- Manage the company website and social media
- Create copy in the form of press releases and letters
- Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
- Preparation and management of trade fairs
- Creation of audio/visual content and advertising materials

Candidate Qualities We Are Looking For
- Solid understanding of design principles as they relate to typography, layout, and color
- Knowledge of user experience and user interface best practices
- Proficiency of graphic and UI design software such as, Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and/or InDesign
- Ability to deftly manage feedback from multiple stakeholders along the production process
- Strong English copywriting and proofreading skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate project progress to colleagues
- Demonstrated time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and people-oriented skills
- Ensure that projects meet strategic goals and are delivered on schedule
- Ability to cooperate/manage third-parties (clients, marketing agencies, print-shops, etc.) to complete projects
- Independent and self-motivated
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Outlook products, most specifically Word, Powerpoint, and Excel

Andea is a global MES (Manufacturing Execution System) software integrator of systems like DELMIA Apriso, DELMIA Ortems, and our own MES platform, Manufacturo. Our software solutions have helped companies like CoorsTech, Bombardier, or Sierra Nevada Corporation to better track, manage and optimize their production processes.
Our goal is simple: we want to help global manufacturers to become more data-driven in their daily operations through the use of the latest technologies. Andea is a Polish company and everything happens on site (in Krakow and in Brea). We are one team and don't have those typical corporate closed branches. We all stick together often sharing common hobbies!
