Course Coordinator

Our Client is a global company that deals with strategic and operational consultancy in Poland. The company is well-know and has a well-established position on the market. Due to dynamic growth in Poland we are looking for a person who would like to become a team player in a local team for our Client of Course Coordinator.
As a Course Coordinator, you’ll work closely with team members to lead the day-to-day operations of our digital courses. You will be primarily responsible for ensuring smooth McKinsey Academy course runs, community management, and course administration.
You’ll oversee all operational aspects of digital courses, including: course set up: (course configuration, development of course calendar), participant onboarding (systems enrollment, group configuration, designing/hosting online kickoff sessions), and course operations (TA management, group work grading). In addition, you’ll handle all communications with course participants (regular course announcements, individual 1:1 requests, and customer support) and monitor and analyze.

We are looking forward to meeting Candidates who have:
- University degree (bachelor or master)
- Min. 2 years of experience in similar role; administering courses, communicating with participants, running data analysis.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- High level of professionalism, desire to work in start-up environment, positive attitude and grace under pressure
- Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation, self-motivation, reliable with very strong communication skills
- SQL skills are an advantage; familiarity with HTML/CSS; experience with CMS or LMS preferred; strong project management, problem solving, and analytic skills
