Controlling Specialist

Responsibilities

Manage data collection, verification and preparation of standard reporting
Pre-populate business case and budget templates
Accurately execute defined process transactions
Responsible for the consistent and ongoing adherence to guidelines, internal controls and customer requirements
Investigate processing errors in respective area of responsibility and drives resolution
Report operational issues (process or system related) to Team Lead
Proactively suggest improvement ideas to drive continuous improvement
Advise admins within same area of responsibility
Supports Team Lead in achieving performance objectives

Skills & Experience

2-3 years of experience in controlling, especially in preparation of standard reporting
Fluent English (min. C1) and very good Polish (min. B2)
Very goodRomanian (B2/C1) will be beneficial
Proactivity with the ability to manage time-dependent critical processes
Strong understanding of controls required within an accounting organization
High ability to analyze and interpret corporate financial statements and understand data models
Interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to communicate with diverse individuals as well as open minded and receptive to change
Academic degree
Advanced Excel skills
Very good knowledge of SAP, BI solutions and analytics (a plus)
Readiness to travel across the Europe – quarterly (monthly in transition)
