For our Client, international production company, we are looking for a perfect Candidate with proven track record of supporting business partners, for the position of Controlling Specialist.
In this position you will be focused on the financial analysis and business support of the production plant. You will be closely cooperating with business leaders and finance managers on financial related matters. Duties of this position include providing proactive, accurate and timely insight into performance through variance analysis and supporting full range of key financial processes as planning, budgeting and internal control activities.
We are looking for ambitious Candidates with university graduation in Finance with at least 2-3 years of experience in similar position. We expect experience in IFRS/US GAAP. Candidate should also present advanced Excel skills and fluency in English because the position requires day to day involvement as well as effective collaboration with colleagues from all departments. To meet requirements of this position you should be capable of interacting with staff, peers and senior leadership; be a business partner and problem solver with accurate confidence and with willingness to challenge the status quo in order to enhance productivity, processes and procedures. Prior SAP experience is preferred.
