For one of our clients, a company specialised in debt collection, we are currently seeking a Controlling Team Leader to form and develop the department of Controlling.
Your new role
You will be responsible for coordination the Controlling Department, preparing, consolidating and analysing monthly reports (budget, cash flow, MIS, operational reports, financial assets etc). Also, you will have to make sure that your team meets the KPIs.
In this position you will report directly to the CFO.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will have a Master's degree Finance / Accounting / Economics and 4-5 years experience in a similar position in the company from financial sector. It's important to have strong expertise in Office Tools – MS Excel, Power Point Skills and advanced level of English.
