THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional FMCG and Food organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
The company is an international organization in the F&B industry.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Contract Specialist you will develop contracts, based on international standards (FIDIC, ICC,...) for various CAPEX projects for the national and international
group. You will report to the Strategic Buyer CAPEX/OPEX.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure alignment between the standard contracts and applied standard specifications.
Ensure implementation of the standard contracts.
Establish and provide general training for the Engineering & Maintenance department and extensive training for the Procurement and Legal department.
Setting up an advice with regards to contract management and administration.
REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant bachelor or master degree
- Experience in the beverage- and/or food industry is preferable
- Experience with contract management and CAPEX
- Good communication skills
