As a result of dynamic growth of ABB in Aleksandrów Łódzki we are currently looking for the right candidate for the position of Contract Manager.
Zadania :
- Verification of contracts according to Polish Law and ABB Group rules;
- Preparation of draft documents (contracts, statements, We offer: proposals, resolutions etc.);
- Legal risk assessment related to contracts and projects and participation in risk review process;
- Preparation of other contract related documents and information;
- Supporting negotiations with customers and suppliers;
- Responsibility for archiving of risk review documents and information;
- Reviewing of tender documentation;
- Validation of contract's translations;
- Cooperation with Legal Department and other ABB units;
- Participation in other projects related to legal or organizational issues.
Wymagania:
- University law degree;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contractual risks assessment / management, contract drafting and checking and /or execution environment;
- Knowledge and experience in Polish Civil, Commercial and Public Procurement
- Law required for contractual support of domestic market projects;
- Knowledge and experience in international contractual issues required for
- Support for Global OEM Accounts and EPC will be an asset;
- Knowledge of Labor and Litigation Law will be an asset;
- Excellent knowledge of Polish and English language (legal vocabulary);
- Proactive attitude, negotiations skills;
- Strong interpersonal abilities, team working skills;
- Ability to become a business partner.
