For our Client, construction leader in infrastructure sector we are currently looking for candidate for positions:


contract manager


Responsibilities:

- leading contract;
- the entire responsibility for the contract and it’s financial side;
- maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all projects;
- develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy. As appropriate, contribute to or influence company policies;
- monitor competitive terms. Monitor customer satisfaction with our terms and conditions and contracting practices. Recommend changes;
- ensure contract close-out, extension or renewal;

Requirements:

- high school technical degree
- 3 years experience in similar positions
- knowledge of polish, english/german langue
- technological knowledge, licences
- experience in road construction
- focus on profit of the company
- possesses full understanding of contracts
- very good understanding of FIDIC procedure contract
