Responibilities:
Working collaboratively with Project Managers, Finance, senior management and Project Planning and Budgeting Department, the Project Administrator’s responsibilities include the following:
Operate and maintain the Project System (SAP), assisting project managers to monitor their contracts, ensure project- and contract integrity, and track results of projects (revenue recognition and provisions);
Monitor progress and status of projects;
Process time and project related costs as well as invoices to customers to project administration;
Organize and maintain manual and electronic project files and documents to ensure compliance with audit requirements
Participate in the procurement and contracting processes to help ensure ease of later administration
Perform analysis and create reports for Project Managers, Finance and senior management
Support senior management, project management and Finance in conducting project reviews and –evaluations
Proactively identify and suggest changes to existing policies and procedures to streamline internal processes and increase operating efficiency
Perform administrative duties such as copying, filing, scheduling of project reviews, and document distribution as part of his/her project administration duties
Wymagania
Qualifications::
• Economic degree with at least 3 years of experience in project administration/controlling, or analytical business operation support.
• Analytical skills and experience coupled with knowledge of IFRS accounting, budgets, invoicing
• Good Communication skills
• Team player
• Independently take the initiative to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• English - fluent
