Currently, for our client, leader in automotive business we are looking for experienced candidates for the Continuous Improvement Manager position.
The Person employed on that position will be responsible for company development based on a continuous improvement strategy and implement best business practices. The main tasks of the CI Manager are (among others) support for cultural change in all areas of the organization, process optimization using Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and Kepner Tregoe tools and cooperation with other plants. Besides, CI will be responsible for implementation of improvements using the Toyota Production System (TPS) tools in all areas of the organization and conducting training in the field of Toyota Production System. Continuous Improvement Manager will manage a team of employees: CI Spec/Lean Implementer.
Ideal Candidate should have min. 2 - 3 years of experience in managing a team of employees and high interpersonal and analytical competences. Experience within automotive business would be a plus. Besides, best candidate should have knowledge of the Six Sigma methodology at the Green Belt / Black Belt level and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodology, TPS tools and Problem Solving. We are looking for person who have higher technical education and is focused on achieving goals based on KPI’s. The knowledge of English n at a very good level is a necessary condition. Furthermore, knowledge of MS Office, Minitab and resistance to stress is also important for our client.
