For one of our Clients, the SSC in Poznań, Randstad Finance is looking for a hands-on and process-oriented Finance Experts for the positions of:
continuous improvement manager (SSC/BPO)

Responsibilities:
- drive change towards globally harmonized processes and best practices.
- managing development of end-to-end processes within the area of Finance & Accounting with focus on the PtP, OtC and RtR processes.
- analyse SSC process performance, identify waste, risks, opportunities, recommend and manage process improvement projects.
- coordinate projects related to the transition of accounting activities into the SSC.
- coordinate maintenance, distribution and education of financial policies and procedures.
- managing the team of 6-8 people
- very good understanding of accounting processes.
- 5-7 years of experience in in SSC/BPO environment.
- work experience in process modelling.
- project experience with proven capability to deliver results in international environment.
- independence and strong internal motivation.
- ability to influence and cooperate
- ability to travel on regular basis.
- practical knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma), or project certification (e.g. Prince2)
