For one of our Clients, international banking sector company,we are looking for candidates to the position of Content Writerto join a newly created structure in Warsaw and become a part of an HR Transformation Team working on a 1 year change management project.
Your new role:
HR Content Writer will be cooperating closely with key stakeholders and global HR Transformation Team to deliver the best quality compensation & benefits related content.The main purpose of the job is to create HR knowledge base, which will include articles, guidelines, workbooks, etc. HR Content Writer will be required to learn about the HR area (mainly Compensation & Benefits) and to cooperate with stakeholders to identify needs and to deliverclear and user-friendly content.
What you'll need to succeed:
We are looking for candidates with a great communication skills, good writing skills and previous experience in creating content/copywriting.To become a part of a global Transformation Team, the candidates should present fluent English skillsand an ability to develop professional relationships with internal Client.
