For our Client, international media company with office located in Warsaw, we are looking for candidates for a position of Content Operations Specialist with English.
Your new role
As a Content Operations Specialist you will be a part of international operations team based in Warsaw. Your duties will involve media operations activities such as e.g. connecting and uniting audio tracks with languages and checking their synchronization with video files. You will be also ensuring that source content fulfills the requirements and is delivered on time. Moreover you will be responsible for checking the quality of publications. You will be also updating the documents, workflows and creating the databases .Your duties include cooperation with colleagues from other departments.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you need to have a University degree, at least one year of work experience – most preferably in operations teams/ shared services centers. You should also be high detailed oriented person, who knows how to coordinate multiple tasks. Experience in working with Microsoft Office programs is a must. The ideal Candidate will be a pragmatic person with strong verbal and written communications skills. Fluency in English is required.
