For one of our Client, a Global Media Company in Warsaw, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of Content Management Manager.
Working on this position you will be responsible formanage a multi-person team responsible for handling a global unit dedicated to content services: Operations, Language, Delivery, Media. The team's work will include sourcing, processing, and preparation of content for delivery.
Candidate Focus & Challenge
To be successful on this position you need tomust have at least 6 years of experience in the operational area or media, speak fluently in English, at least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role. We are looking for candidates with excellent leadership and ability to coordinate multiple tasks, shifting priorities and deadlines. It would be great if you have experience in production, post production or project management.

- Strategic position in the management team.
- Manages and is responsible for activities related to the tasks of the department. Responsible for managing and assigning tasks related to team work. Responsible for meeting deadlines.
- Responsible for analyzing and streamlining processes in structures.
- Being a mediator in the event of emerging issue between departments of the global services.
- Responsibility for creating performance improvement strategies. Advice on brand management at an operational level.
- Work on the development and innovation of all activities and operations related to the work of the team.
- Anticipates operational activities and challenges related to them. Supports brands and departments.
- Manages the team in terms of HR processes with the support of supervisors.
- Responsible for the development of the subordinate team, it concerns development plans for his subordinates - depending on their needs.
- Provides support for specific areas in consultation with the manager.
