Opis stanowiska
• Providing high level of Customer Service by dealing with different problems connected with CS e.g. client’s queries, possible complaints, changes, cancellations etc.,
• Managing the team in an effective way by ensuring that the highest level of customer service is achieved by all team members,
• Coaching and mentoring customer care team,
• Leading, developing and motivating the team in order to deliver outstanding customer service on every contact,
Wymagania
• Min. 1 year on a similar position
• Previous experience in Customer Service area (min.2 years)
• Fluent English and German
• University degree
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changes
• Ability to work to deadlines
