Your new company is an international, prestigious organization based in Poznań. Currently we are looking for candidates for a Consumer Care Specialist with German and English.
Your new role is responsible for phone and e-mail requests from customers as a first line support. You will be searching for solutions or escalate problems to a suitable person. You will also share your knowledge about the company's products with clients. Working hours: 8-16/12-20.
What you'll need to succeed is an excellent knowledge of German and English languages (C1 +) and very good communication skills. Moreover an experience in customer service or customer care will be a huge advantage.
