Zakres obowiązków:
- respond to customer requests, offering solutions within defined business parameters.
- handle investor requests in an efficient and professional manner, providing information in an appropriate timeframe.
- clarify understanding of investor needs and issues ensuring, that policies and procedures are being followed.
- take ownership for resolving commonly seen issues fully without the need to refer to others for assistance, but escalate complex issues for resolution and complaints regarding service to Line Manager.
- get involved in creation and maintenance of working instructions and procedure documentation if necessary.
- very good English and German
- experience in direct customer service
- knowledge of investments products and/or translation services would be an advantage
- hight motivation to work, responsibility, good communication skills, ability to work in team
- master´s degree or undergraduate
- computer literate (Windows, MS Office)
