Our Client is globally recognized brand with SSC based in Krakow, Poland.The Center supports company's Clients globally, with the main focus on Europe. As the business is growing, we are currently looking for Candidates to join Customer Service department.
While working on this position you will be responsible for being in daily contact with both business and individual Clients.Your job would be to answer all queries that are connected with company's services, mainly with airline sector.While working there you will be also responsible for updating data in the system and being in contact with other company's departments.
We are looking for Candidates with fluent English and Dutch.Experience in customer support/ administration is nice to have, but not a must. An ideal Candidate likes to work under pressure of time- please be informed that the company provides the best quality of services, so that ability to work under tight deadlines is desirable.
