For our Client, one of international leaders in real estate consultancy, we are currently seeking an experienced candidate for a Consultant to join their Capital Markets Department.

Main responsibilities of employed person include:
Cooperation with external clients in terms of providing investment consultancy services dedicated to sale and acquisition processes of commercial properties;
Preparation of marketing documents, investment memorandum, pitching documentation etc.
Active participation in pre-sales processes, especially on a due diligence and property marketing stage;
Maintaining trustful and effective business relations with both Polish and international developers and investors;
Preparation value reports, development appraisals and due diligence reports;
Close cooperation with other departments;
In order to effectively act on offered position, preferable candidate should have:
At least 2 years of professional experience on similar position within structures of investment department;
Track record of effectively closed transactions;
Higher education, preferable in field of real estate or finance
Real Estate Agent License or RICS qualification will be a strong asset
Fluent English – both written and spoken
Good usage of MS Office package (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point)
Well-developed analytical and customer service skills
