THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Flandre Orientale Belgium.
Our client is a small company specialised in the cacao industry, who wants to expand their plant.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
For the expansion of this plant the company is in need of a construction manager who can lead the construction process. As a construction manager you need to have multiple years of experience in the food industry (+5) and preferably 2 years experience in the cacao industry. The expansion of this plant consist of new warehouses and office buildings. As a construction manager you are responsible together with the project manager of the time plans and budgets. The project will be for at least 1,5 years.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the whole project, every fase from beginning till the end
- Responsible for the reports and meet the deadlines
- Responsible for the time plans and the budget planning
- Responsible for the weekly meetings, both planning and leading
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or master in any form of engineering
- Good communicative skills
- At least 5 years of experience in the food industry
- Experience with microsoft project and Excel
- Leading a team of contracters
- Dutch and English and preferably French
