For our client, a global manufacturer of industrial automation, with office located in Katowice, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of Compensation Specialist.
The main duties in this position will include running payroll administration and coordinating the process of paying commissions and benefits, as well as collecting financial and sales information and monitoring their quality. The person in this position will also be responsible for answering inquiries regarding the payroll process in terms of benefits and commissions.
If you have knowledge of finance or human resources, you have first experience on a similar position, you know English on B2 level or you are familiar with a advanced use of MS Excel this offer is directed to you!
