Position purpose

The purpose of this role is to deliver high quality, professional and proactive service to the Client, within agreed SLAs.

 

Job description

The team member is responsible for timely and accurate processing of data according to the project deadlines and to the expected quality, interact with the client on a daily basis via phone and email, work on resolving Pay & Benefits related issues, cooperate with other delivery team members, ensure that the documentation is up to date. The role purpose is also to ensure knowledge sharing with other team members and work coordination in the team.

 

Main accountabilities

  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to Compensation & Benefits area
  • Manage day to day operations related to compensation area
  • Deliver annual compensation benchmarks, equity & benefits processes
  • Manage cyclical Compensation & Benefits processes (e.g. annual salary review, annual bonus, quarterly bonus)
  • Provide advice regarding pay and benefits to the management
  • Implement reward and benefit programs
  • Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures regarding compensation
  • Provide ad hoc reports and analysis
  • Process Compensation requests
  • Answer client’s calls and emails
  • Organise knowledge sharing sessions internal and cross teams

 

Candidate's profile

  • Min 4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits area
  • Ability to prioritize and manage own workload
  • Ability to deliver results through others
  • Self-discipline and attention to details
  • Advanced oral & written English communication skills – min. B2+ level
  • Strong system and numeric skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong Ethics and Discretion
  • Very good communication skills
  • Very good client facing skills
  • Ability to cooperate smoothly with other team members
  • Strong problem solving skills
