For our client, leading FMCG company we are looking for candidates on the position of Compensation & Benefits Expert/ Coordinator. The main purpose for this position is to implement global, sector and regional C&B strategy in the market. Role provides professional C&B consulting for HR Business Partners and Line Managers.
Detailed job description:
- Develops and implements the country compensation and benefits guidelines based on the global compensation and benefits philosophy, the relevant global directives, business needs and country market practice
- Providing necessary data to salary surveys
- Control of payroll list, management of cooperation with external payroll provider
- Cooperation with HRBP’s in order to coordinate headcount & budget planning
- One point of contact for global C&B experts for CEE C&B
- Salary pre budget and budget management, salary trend management, monitoring of salary budget and headcount realization, preparation of all required statistics
- Project leader for systems implementations
- Helps the management to align their operations and employee capabilities to the overall strategic directions and the mid-to-long-term needs of the local operations (Human Capital Management)

We are looking forward to meeting Candidates who have:
- University degree or equivalent, main focus on Human Resources/Finance or Economics
- Min 4 years of experience in C&B area
- Fluent in English language both in the spoken and written form
- Good business understanding and customer focus
- Experience in supporting compensation projects, particularly annual pay and bonus review
- Advanced with MS Office (especially advanced Excel and Power Point)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, scrupulosity
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Capability to work in a multicultural environment
