This full-time position will report directly to the Country Manager and will allow for the individual to be a part of the most innovative space in the country- HubHub. The role will allow for the individual to grow their operations knowledge from accounting, finance, and IT to overall management.
Responsibilities
Creating and managing operations processes specific to the country’s needs, laws and regulations
Communicating with broader IT, Security, Accounting, Finance, etc. teams to ensure streamlined ongoing space operations
Collaborating with Community Manager and working with community to optimize member experience
Be the main point of contact to Community Manager and community when it comes to: accounting, finance, operations, facility management, etc.
Liaison between different departments and 3rd parties to deliver operational excellence
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and standards
Be the escalation for member complaints and issues
Work with members on invoicing/accounting
Requirements
Experience in either (or all): IT, Accounting, Finance, Facility Management is welcomed
Proficiency in English and Polish language is a must
Must be a very organized and process oriented individual
Passion for entrepreneurial communities
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work well in teams and individually
Motivation and drive to achieve goals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
