For our Client, an international company based in Zabierzów, we are currently looking for candidates for Communications Project Leader position.
Your new role
Within this position you will be responsible for executing communication activities to support product launches, working jointly with the brand managers to set up an optimal strategy for the product launches and advising on best communication channel selection. You will be consulting on relevant projects with other marketing communications team members and coordinating materials’ localization to all of the European markets in cooperation with local marketing coordinators. What is more your duties will include cooperation with agencies, external content providers, graphics providers etc. involved in the projects, advising on Print specifications and managing the budgets dedicated to the projects and track related costs in Oracle system and outside.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates with relevant degree and professional qualification in Marketing/Marketing Communications with 1-2 years of experience. You need to have experience in production and execution of communication/ marketing materials, print press passing experience and print management processes and in Project Management (briefing, trafficking, controlling schedules). We also require knowledge of the process for producing communication materials ideally across multiple countries / languages, managing budgets with agreed parameters and understanding InDesign and Photoshop. Fluency in English (C1) is also required.
