Communication Specialist in Compliance Department

Responsibilities:
- managing Compliance Communications within the company, same as internal events;
- using internal communication channels: intranet, internal social media tools and newsletters/magazines;
- develop creative materials and other content for intranet, internal social media, magazines;
- administration tasks: registration of attendees in trainings etc.;
- translations of texts, checking of correctness various translations (English).
- university degree/graduate, preferably in Journalist, Social Communications, Sociology, Psychology, Polish/English Philology;
- fluent English (C1 or higher) both written and spoken;
- efficient computing skills, knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel,);
- ability to deal with a broad range of communication activities and channels;
- written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English, including communication drafting, editing, articles writing and proofreading;
- strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to align diverse views;
- detail-oriented personality with organizational skills;
- ability to prioritize tasks and ability of efficient time management;
- proactive attitude connected with passion for new technologies and high level of commitment.
