For our Client – global leader in providing advice and solutions in Risk, Retirement and Health we are looking for an experienced Communications Coordinator to support the change management and stakeholder communications workstreams within a pivotal voice migration program.
The program aims to deliver a Unified Communications and Collaboration experience to company’s organization in Europe, through combining existing services under a new enterprise standard which relies on state-of-the-art unified communication solutions from Cisco.
Relevant experience required:
• Proven experience in internal communications on corporate level
• Experience in providing coordination support to complex business transitions
• Experience in working with multiple geographies
• Experience in marketing and content production is a plus
• Experience in copywriting and editing
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Project, Sharepoint)
Coordination & communication skills required:
• Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written) and presentation skills
• Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
• Superior scheduling and coordination skills across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups
• Proficient command of English
• Solid understanding of project and change management principles:
• Ability to run small or less complex, more repeatable work efforts
• Change management process
• Communication process

- Job type: B2B contract
