Our client is a well-known international company that provides solutions for the energy sector. We are looking for ambitious Candidate ready to relocate to Poland.
Your new role
You will be responsible for leading and developing people to ensure the team is highly skilled, cost effective and customer focused. You will be managing the motivation and performance of people and provide regular feedback. You will lead a team of Works Managers dedicated for delivering a good quality of works on contract carried out in Poland and abroad. Another important task is searching for new potential business opportunities in cooperation with Business Developers, Project Managers and others Business partners.
What you'll need to succeed
You have to possess at least 10 years of experience in energy sectors, with relevant experience in Power Plant construction in the area of commissioning or assembly departments. Ideal Candidate has experience in management of team in international companies. Important requirement is having master’s degree in an Engineering discipline. You should have ability to motivate the team and experience in carrying out periodic evaluations of employees and ability to take quick and safe decisions without availability of all parameters. You should speak fluent English and hasand have some basics skills in Polish
