Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Calculation of contractually agreed trailer fees with a flexible and sophisticated software
Invoice to fund partners
Credit note for distribution partners
Plausibility checks - Data maintenance Monitoring of order routes and and depositories Preparation of sales-reports for our fund- and distribution partners Participation in further development of our software Qualifications,
Experience/ Skills and Key Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance or accounting strongly preferred.
- Must have relevant experience in TrailerFee / Commission Management, preferably in banking or investment field
- Very good knowledge in orderrouting / clearing & settlement systems in Germany
- Technical ability to solve software-problems in cooperation with the German software-provider
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
- Expert proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments
- Strong, effective and tactful communications skills
- Ability to manage confidential information
- Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and set priorities with minimal direct supervision.
- Strong analytical skills, disciplined attention to detail, highly organized and thorough.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments with competing deadlines.
- Experience working in an international or multi-cultural workplace as well as remote location teams
- High working knowledge of German and English
