Commercial Value Analytics Manager
Location: WarszawaMain responsibilities:
- Be the Ecommerce analytics expert within the business, working with the Ecommerce Snr Propositions Manager and Head of Customer and Market Insight to inform Ecommerce growth strategies and tactics
- Deliver fact based recommendations for high growth segments and sectors on a prioritised basis to inform Ecommerce proposition strategies, working with the Ecommerce team to develop customer profiles to enable effective value propositions to be designed and executed
- Ensure effective measurement of revenue and other KPI metric analysis for all propositions developed and executed
- In collaboration with the Head of Customer and Market Insight, be responsible for recommending short and medium term growth initiatives using internal data and customer/market insight
- Be part of proposition development virtual teams playing the role of the Ecommerce analytics and segmentation expert
- Continually analyse all customer ecommerce data sets to provide consistent and regular recommendations to the business focusing on opportunities and risks.
- Build, deliver, manage and improve quarterly, monthly, weekly reporting capabilities.
- Delivering unique, decision oriented analyses and insights to support Ecommerce commercial needs and the European strategy
Requirements:
- Financial acumen; proven ability to work with high volume, high complexity data
- Experience working as a Data / Sales / Financial Analyst essential
- Proven confidence presenting complex insights to commercial teams (ie. To sales and account management leadership)
- Experience working with modelling techniques (regression, correlations, propensity etc.)
- Experience working with large customer databases; SQL skills ideal
- Strong eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills – both aural and written
- Ability to work within fast moving and dynamic sales environment
- Willingness to invest time in training and development
- Strong promoter of team participation and support structures
- Highly competent with software programs including Excel, SQL and Access and CRM systems such as Salesforcecom
- Excellent time management skills essential
