For our Client, one of employers of choice on the Polish market, an FMCG market leader, we are currently seeking to recruit an ambitious and experienced talent to join company’s growing team of professionals in Procurement area at a position of Commercial Functional Expert for Indirect Buying.
It is a global role located at Commercial Services Unit of the company, in Poznań. Its main aim is to represent all indirect buying business processes and associated systems (SAP/EBUY/ONESOURCE) globally and for the MENA region. The person on this position will be in charge of conducting process and system improvement projects, contributing to global knowledge management strategy and business process management in Indirect Buying. What is more, he/she will be responsible for conducting trainings and supporting end users (about 1000 across the globe) on how to use the systems in an efficient and effective way as well as maintaining commercial roles in SAP. That person will also manage the category to Buyer mapping template for MENA region.
To be successful in this role you should have a university degree and at least 3 years of experience on a similar position across Purchasing and Supply Chain departments. Knowledge of, and experience in, core P2P functional competencies and in Commercial best practice is also required as well as a good command of SAP or related systems. Due to international work environment, fluent command of English is a must. Our Client is seeking a person who is passionate about people and displays good communication and interpersonal skills. He/she must be dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers and attentive to details. The perfect candidate must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as developed capability to to work as part of a team and using own initiative.
