On behalf of our client, international company from the real estate sector, we are currently looking for candidates interested in a position of Commercial Finance Analyst. This is support role, responsible for overseeing operational Finance activity predominantly in Poland but also supporting Central Eastern Europe region.
The successful Candidate will be responsible for managing day to day processing of accounts and minimising bad debt provisions ensuring internal deadlines are met, working with local management, Corporate Finance and others to prepare annual administrative and project budgets.
Her/his scope of duties will cover revenue controlling involving accruals and deferrals calculation and review, provide monthly revenue forecast, lead budget planning and forecasting, govern utilisation and monitor changes to the budget, provide monthly management reporting as well as half/full yearly reporting, assist the business with administration tasks for billing.
We are looking for a person who has experience in an international professional services firm or related (corporate) environment, strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Fluency in English - written and spoken is a must.
