Opis stanowiska
Help the sales organization in building long-term customer partnerships, dealing with various customer related issues and make commercial based decisions
•Fully support a sales manager or trader
•Collect and analyse market information for use in business and action plans
•Participate in cross functional projects and project teams and take own project responsibilities
•Attend various internal and external courses to further development of knowledge and personal skills
•Work in a multicultural, result focused, open and informal environment
•Understand the risk management side of our business
•Prepare yourself for further career steps, in line with performance and interest.
Wymagania
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agribusiness, Trade, Finance or Business Administration.
•Entry-level professional / starter or work experience up to 2 years. Useful would be internship/1st experience in commodity training or production company.
•Fluent in English, German a strong asset.
•Entrepreneurial, pro-active and independent attitude.
•Eager to work for a professional and international organization, with interesting career opportunities.
•Creative in dealing with different cultures and unexpected situations
•Good communication and presentation skills
•Well developed personal skills: self motivated, result oriented, flexible, convincing, customer oriented, enthusiastic and team player
•Willingness to relocate onths in two other branch office in Europe
