Collection Specialist with PortugueseMiejsce pracy: Łódź /Warszawa/Lublin
Responsibilities:
Monitoring and analysing of customers receivables
Contacting with Customers via phone and mail
Verifying new customer accounts and working in co-ordination with the business and the US/EMEA Risk Team
Ensuring compliance with collection policies and procedures
Booking of incoming payments & refunds to customers
Responsible for all monthly reporting
Requirements:
Min 1 year of experience in accounting, especially accounts receivables/collection activities including experience of reconciliation processes and procedures
Obtained economic, accounting or finance university degree/qualification
Very good level of English and Portuguese – is a must
Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP – will be an asset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work under time pressure
Ability to identify, manage and implement process improvements
