Job description:
- Ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of our infrastructure by monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing our customer deployments and fulfillment operations
- Interact with customers both through email, phone, and ticket tracking regarding questions on product usage.
- Research and verify possible technical issues or bugs and resolve them for customers.
- Write product documentation or knowledge base articles.
- Monitor all incoming fulfillment operations and take action as necessary.
- Ensure new releases and upgrades are functional and performant for our customers. By being involved in smoke testing and defect resolution.
- The position may require working in round the clock shifts and on-call support
Skills:
- 2+ years of experience with IaaS covering Compute, Network & Storage across multiple public cloud providers including AWS, Azure, & SoftLayer
- Understanding of ordering lifecycle on public cloud
- Exposure to ITIL aligned teams (Incident Management)
- Understanding of middleware
- Understanding of Network concepts
- Basic Administration of Windows and Linux
- Proficient in communication
- Understanding of User & Role Management
